About Stacey Barr

Stacey Barr, the Performance Measure Specialist, has specialised in organisational performance measurement for over 15 years, and the Performance Measure Blueprint is the culmination of her most practical learning and innovations in this field.

Stacey is known for her inspiring passion, the practicality of her teaching and her inate ability to balance the technical rigour of performance measurement with the social, human side.

How the Self-paced Audio Program Works

The Performance Measure Blueprint Self-paced Audio Program is a CD-based training package that allows you to step yourself through the 8 powerful and practical sessions of the Blueprint, to learn the concepts, practice the techniques and apply the templates to your own organisation or company without travelling to attend a live workshop.

There are 8 audio CDs, each one a live recording of the 2008 Performance Measure Blueprint Telecourse sessions, where Stacey delivered the Blueprint via teleconference and webcast to people all over the world. Because they are live recordings, you get to hear the "real" Stacey, speaking from her knowledge and experience rather than a script, and engaging with listeners like a natural dialogue rather than a canned studio recording.

As Stacey guides you through each session, she makes sure you are following along to the PowerPoint slides and case studies and templates included in your resource binder, that comes with the Performance Measure Blueprint Self-paced Audio Program.

And to help you practice and apply what you learn, she gives you practical activities to do to apply what you learn from each session. It's the next best thing to having her personally coach you!
