	Australasian Evaluation Society has a very good journal, conferences, regular events and other information to support all aspects of evaluation, including performance measurement
	Customer Satisfaction Measurement Association is an association of companies that conducts benchmarking studies to identify practices that improve customer satisfaction and the overall operations of members
	Foundation for Performance Measurement has a members-only resource centre, with chapters based in the UK and the US.
	Performance Measurement Association is based at the Cranfield School of Management and offers a range of resources.
	Performance Measurement for Government offers quite a lot of information about Measuring for Results, a process that encourages government to measure inputs, outputs and outcomes, for more accountable government
